I'm Nicholas Caracandas, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Fat Loss Coach, and Motivational Speaker in the Diabetic, Personal Development, and Wellness industries. I've owned Multiple Fitness Facilities, worked with profile government employees, and hundreds of individuals of all ages.  
 As a type 1 Diabetic for more than 24 years I've developed a unique ability of merging my success in the fitness industry together with being and helping so many other diabetics around the world. This program is easy for anyone to pick up and apply, with the majority of my clients gaining noticeable fat loss, improved diabetic control and a refreshed mental space in as little as four weeks of practice on my program. 
I have a passion and skillset for helping individuals bring about positive changes. I've worked tirelessly over the past 15 years to develop a method and program that empowers people to create massive shifts in their life with diabetes and achieve both mental and physical gains.

Will the I be able to do the workouts? 
Absolutely. Like I said, the program is for anyone and everyone. If you can walk you can do this program. You have direct access to me from day 1 which means you have access to a to a coach who will be taking care of you together with a community of people on the same journey as you.

Even if you are not diabetic this course is an above average, and incredibly powerful tool for any person needing to lose fat mass, gain strength while living a far more happy, healthy and confident life in their own skin. 
Do I need equipment and/or a gym membership to take part?
Not at all. Each week you get 1x Boxing workout, 1x Dumbbell workout, and 1x Home workout. If you have access to dumbbells and a pair of boxing gloves than thats great. If not, you will be able to contact me directly from inside the private members support group and I'll send you 6 more home workouts to replace the workouts you can't do.
